Everything in these docs runs on Stellar testnet with ?network=testnet. Same API, same contracts, faucet money.

What you need

	Testnet
API	`https://api.defindex.io`, with `?network=testnet` on every call
XLM for fees	Friendbot
BlendUSDC to deposit	The faucet at testnet.blend.capital, with a Freighter wallet set to Testnet
Contract addresses	testnet.contracts.json
RPC	`https://soroban-testnet.stellar.org`

Your API key from the Console works on both networks.

Assets are test tokens. BlendUSDC on testnet is not Circle USDC.
Stellar resets testnet periodically and every address stops working when it does. The next scheduled reset is December 16, 2026. If an address fails, ask on Discord.
Stable APY runs on mainnet only.
